The HR Ofis was founded by S. Yasmine Finney, a human resources professional with over 13 years of experience in HR leadership and organizational development.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, Yasmine brings a strong academic foundation paired with real-world expertise. She holds a SHRM-CP certification and continues to advance her professional credentials, reinforcing a commitment to excellence and industry standards.

Her leadership approach has been further shaped by 11 years of service in the United States Army, where she developed a disciplined, structured, and mission-focused perspective—while also deepening her understanding of teamwork, accountability, and people-first leadership.

Yasmine’s work is rooted in the belief that strong organizations are built through intentional structure, ethical leadership, and a deep investment in people. Through The HR Ofis, she provides the strategic guidance and support that many growing businesses and nonprofits need—but often lack internally.
